Qualifications

Dr. Dogan Turan graduated from the Istanbul Medical School in 1986.
Later, in 1999, he established the Deniz Private Medical Centre and the Deniz Hair Transplant Center upon completion of his compulsory military service.
He also served as the Chief Surgeon in the Health Services for Borders and the Coastal Zone of Turkey of the Ministry of Health of Turkey from 2001 to 2005.
In 2005, he opened Karşıyaka Çesav medical center in his hometown, Izmir.
He moved to Istanbul in 2012, where he worked as a General Surgeon and Medical Director.
Since 2018, along with Dr. Gokhan Gur, he started his own FUECAPILAR Clinic in Istanbul.
A large medical team with proficiency in German, French, Arabic, Russian, English, and Turkish provides all necessary assistance to International patients.
He frequently conducts training programs for physicians and medical doctors inside Turkey, and abroad.

Dr. Dogan Turan is also the Medical Director and one of the co-owners of the FUECAPILAR Clinic in Istanbul, Turkey.
He has gained some 25 years of vast experience in medicine.
He was also a member of the American Board of Hair Loss and also the World FUE Institute.
He is also among the list of recommended doctors in the Hair Restoration Network and Belli Capelli.
He has implanted more than 3500 successful hair grafts onto patients coming from various parts of the world.
In 2018, he and Dr.Gokhan Gur, one of the founders of FUE hair grafting in Turkey, founded the FUECAPILAR Clinic to provide world-class hair transplantation facilities to many.
